At Seamus Golf, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our hand-forged tools and custom headcovers, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear. If your order isn't quite right, we accept returns on non-customized items within 30 days of purchase.
Review Eligibility
Ensure your items are in original, unused condition with all tags attached; please note that personalized or custom-made products are final sale and cannot be returned.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Pack and Ship
Carefully package your items in the original box if possible, attach the provided return shipping label, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Refund Processing
Once our team inspects your return at our Oregon workshop, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, minus any applicable shipping fees.
