How long does it take for my order to ship?
Since many of our headcovers and accessories are handcrafted to order in our Oregon workshop, please allow 7-10 business days for production before your items ship.
Can I request a custom design or specific tartan?
Absolutely. We specialize in custom orders for individuals and clubs. Please contact our support team to discuss specific tartan availability or bespoke embroidery options.
What is your return policy for personalized items?
Items that have been personalized with custom embroidery or initials are final sale and cannot be returned. Non-customized items can be returned within 30 days of purchase in original condition.
Will your headcovers fit my oversized driver?
Yes, our standard driver headcovers are designed to fit modern 460cc drivers. We also offer specific sizing for fairway woods, hybrids, and putters to ensure a secure fit.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship our products worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the order.
